In dissertation purchased development theoretical, and methodological approaches, and methodical recommendations are developed to forming of the system of antirecessionary management of agricultural enterprises activity, inferior the increase of competitive edges agrarian the sector of economy. The methodological going is improved near determination of quantitative parameters of selection of the stages of crisis taking into account the level of economic development of enterprises and cycles of their vital functions and to forming of antirecessionary management as system integrity a having a special purpose orientation, tasks and strategies and extended complex of management mechanisms, is fixed in basis of which. Activity of agricultural enterprises of Rivne region and Berezne district of the Rivne region is analyzed. With the use of the developed and complemented methods the estimation of the financial state and effective indexes which stable crisis-free development depends on is conducted. On the basis of the conducted researches methodological principles are developed to forming of effective mechanism of antirecessionary management of agricultural enterprises and the effective system of antirecessionary management agricultural enterprises is formed. Their ground enabled for development of strategy of antirecessionary management agricultural enterprises for providing of them effective development.
