In the Dissertation there was developed a structural model for the mechanism of corporate social responsibility formation at the enterprises that combines normative-indicative and systematic approaches to implementation of this practice at the enterprise. The proposed mechanism is implemented through the system of elements that describe the principles, functions, methods, instruments and management structures as well as the results for corporate social responsibility of the enterprise. In the work the practical issue of this mechanism is provided through its developed gradual introduction at the enterprise.
