The thesis is dedicated to the new solution of the scientific and practical problem of the repeated endodontic treatment of teeth with fixed cast crown-root dentures. In the conditions of experiment morphological and electronic-microscopic researches of the state of the system «pin construction – with the different poured insets of crowns-roots under act of the irregular loading found out the root of tooth» presence of cleft in the dentine of root of tooth, maximally concentrated in his apex (80,9±8,6%, P<0,05), to part, which can serve as reason of, reinfection and origin of pathological process in periodont. Poured crown-root inset with an internal channel, provides the effective repeated endodontical treatment without the damage of tooth and exception of inset progress of what composition 90,9±8,7% in the remote period of supervisions comparatively with positive results for insets with a lateral slot (25,0±21,7%) and traditional insets (16,7±15,2%). Another collapsible construction of the cast denture with the crown fixed by screw periodically allows relaxing the tooth root from the action of the functional load-ing by the way of orthopaedic construction removal without its destruction.
