On the basis of complex-dynamical research of clinic-social characteristics of patients with first psychotic episode there is an improve medical-diagnostic help, which is directed to maintenance the level of the social functioning and quality of life of this category of patients. It was find out special features of premorbid and dynamic of clinic-social characteristics of mental disorders of patients with first psychotic episode. Psychopathological phenomenology and clinical structure of first psychotic episode were investigated. The analysis of clinic-social results of treatment of patients with first psychotic episode was carried out. On this ground the recommendations of improvement of medical-diagnostic help these patients to develop and inculcate in relation.
