Mazur T. The Legal Status of The Fund for Guaranteeing Deposits of Natural Persons in Banks.

The dissertation presents a complex theoretical and legal analysis of the legal mode of The Fund for Guaranteeing Deposits of Natural Persons (The Fund). Financial and legal background of relations in deposits guaranteeing is proved, its role in the financial law system of Ukraine is determined. The Fund operational principles and functions, the procedure of forming and allocation of responsibilities between its executing bodies, the procedure of forming and application of funds-in-trust to guarantee deposits, relations between The Fund and depositors and National Bank of Ukraine are thoroughly examined in all the details. Some proposals are started to improve the legal regulation of above-mentioned relations, some theoretical practical conclusions are drawn.
