The object: F.W.Nietzsche's philosophy as a repre-sentative of "philosophy of life". The purpose: the systematic analysis of the essence of the sense of life as a problem in F. Nietzsche's philosophy. The practical value: the contents of the work can be used in creation of philosophy, history of philosophy and ethics courses. The metods: historical-comparative, hermeneutic, phenomenological, structuralistic, existentialistic, biographical anakysis.
