The system of budget accounting. Scientific grounding of the theoretical principles and methodological propositions of the budgeting accounting integral conception. Methods: mathematical-statistics methods, comparative method, methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Worked out recommendations are to improve methodological instruments of accounting in the budget sector. The methodic of accounting data registration according to the calculation fulfillment in the system of accounting registers and also for the detached informational-analytical tables is improved. Positions for improvement of basis base of budgeting accounting are introduced. The sector of general state governance, education.
