Essay

The thesis is devoted to researching of modern problems of administrative-legal bases of medical maintenance of Ukrainian law-enforcement bodies. Peculiarities of medical maintenance, as comprising part of social protection of law-enforcement bodies are considered. Some conclusions and offers which concern a choice of the optimum variant of reforming of the working model of medical maintenance of Ukrainian law-enforcement bodies are formulated. Except these ones, necessity of its gradual transformation in the mixed (budgetary - insurance) type is proved.
