Dissertation is devoted to development of conceptual scientific and methodological backgrounds, modeling, development and implementation of the decision support systems, in order to improve the service level of the processes in the wireless cellular networks, for various types of calls.Using the system approach, ideas and methods of priority queues systems, stochastic systems phase aggregation methods, modern information technologies, analytical, algorithm and programming tools were created. Using of these tools made possible the substantial increase of the effectiveness and the improvement of quality indicators in the cellular mobile networks.
