Object - the bases of house foundations, reinforced soil-cement element (SCE), which are made according to bore-mixing technology; the purpose - the mode of deformation systems "reinforced basis - foundation", the properties of soil-cement elements made on bore-mixing technology; methods - The methods of investigation -- the observation over the foundation settlements of the houses on the reinforced basis, the stamp tests of the reinforced bases by static loading, the laboratory and field researches of physical and mechanical characteristics of soil-cement elements; a numerical modelling of the reinforced basis work with the application of the final elements method; novelty - it is experimentally determined that the density of soil-cement depends on the saturation of soil by water; for the first time the decision of the complex problem of the calculation of foundation basis, which is reinforced by the vertical soil-cement elements, after two maximum in one solution and after one calculation chart on the basis of the use of the program complexes "Plaxis 8.2" and "Plaxis of 3D"; for the first time the mode of deformation of the system "basis, reinforced by soil-cement element (SCE) -- foundation" was experimentally investigated according to the results of testing of the large-scale stamps and observations over the settlements of the houses in the process of their erection and exploitation; branch - building.
