Essay

The transformation in the Ukrainian spiritual life during transition from the classic philosophy to the non-classic paradigm in the period the end of ХІХ -the beginning of ХХ age is exposed. A specific author's approach to the problem consists in the exposition of philosophical world-view ideas through their artistic expression in the European and Ukrainian fine art. Grounded, that Ukrainian modern style was an attempt to express a national idea in the artistic images: the artistic claim of integrity the Ukrainian people with the native land had to convince, that еру time came to Ukrainian people as highly cultured nation to take deserving seat among other European nations.
