An object of research is a process of decision making in a management of distributed dynamic systems (DDS). The purpose of work is enhancement of quality of decisions at a management of distributed dynamic systems under combined stochastic and fuzzy uncertainty conditions. Positions and methods graph theory, random process theory, queueing theory, decision making theory, the methods of generalized functions tools; simulation techniques have been used during conducting of researches. As a result of the conducted researches theoretical positions, algorithmic providing and software for decision making in the management of DDS have been developed. The information technology of decision making in DDS has been improved. The new model of the distributed system has been developed. The method of decision making got further development on the basis of criterion of the generalized risk. The method of decision making has been improved at the management of DDS. Degree of introduction is within the limits of industry. A sphere of the use includes enterprises and establishments, engaged in development and exploitation of the distributed systems.
