Dissertation presents land relations development working out and give propositions for efficient using arable lands in agricultural enterprises. Theoretical and methodological ways as for definition of land relation content and their main feature - land asset - are generalized. The essence of "regulation of land relation" category is given. The analysis of regional characteristics of economic efficiency for using arable lands, for reproduction and raising their fertility is given.
