Change process of vibroacoustic characteristics of potato peelers in time. The purpose: increase of reliability of potato peelers of the enterprises of a food on vibroacoustic characteristics, prolongation of term of their operation and improvement of sanitary-and-hygienic working conditions at the food enterprises. Methods: mathematical and physical modelling, mathematical probability and statistics. It is offered: recommendations about improvement of potato peelers, a forecasting technique vibroacoustic characteristics on a design stage and during operation. Use sphere: the food enterprises, research and design establishments, educational institutions.
