Essay

Dissertation includes the systematical analysis of the world tendencies of the development of psychological support of educational process of children with the special needs on the example of the countries of Western Europe. The result of analysis is the substantiating of paradigm of forming of this tendencies, the definition of main forming factors of genesis of modern concepts of special psychology.The main modern world tendencies of the psychological support of the special education is defined: the perfection of psychological support of the active systems of the corrective education; the genesis of global system of comprehensive education, in which the psychological support is as a necessary element; maximal inclusion of every child with special educational needs in social life on a maximum equal rights; the realization of the correction on the principles of early help and the individual methods and proecting of the principially new systems of psychological support like the alternaltive to the traditional. The tendencies were systematized by the vectors: of purposes and tasks of the psychological work with the persons with SEN; of forms of the psychological work with the persons with SEN; of forms and methods of psychological activities in the correctional education; of the relations between the special psychologist and child with SEN.
