Antonyuk U. The Legal Supply of Ecological Security in the Activity of the Railway Transport

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of ecological security in the activity process of the railway transport. The definition of the notion "ecological security in the activity process of the railway transport" is given in the research; its features are pointed out. The main factors of the influence of the operation activity of the railway transport objects on the state of environment and its separate elements are analyzed and the historic review of the legislation of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic and Ukraine concerning the environmental protection in the sphere of railway transport is done. The types of the bodies that govern, control and supervise the following of the nature protection legislation in the activity process of the railway transport are defined and the analysis of their activity effectiveness is given. The main aspects of the exercise of the types of juridical responsibility for the breaking of ecological law in the sphere of the railway transport are highlighted. The suggestions as for the improvement of the valid legislation of Ukraine concerning the juridical regulation of ecological security in the process of the operation activity of the railway transport objects are grounded and worked out.
