Dzhuhan V. Legal regulation of exploiting and protection of watering-places in Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to complex investigation of legal regulation of exploiting and protection of watering-places in Ukraine. The definitions of water relations and water resources are given in the investigation. The legal features of water object are formulated there. A wide classification of water objects by different characteristics is given. The main preferences of the state legal policy in branch of exploiting and protection of watering-places in Ukraine are suggested. The definitions of legal watering-places' protection is proposed, main actions of legal watering-places' protection are characterized. The institute of water exploiting right and the peculiarities of universal and special water exploiting rights in Ukraine are researched. The wide classification of water exploiting right by its main features is realized. The substance and peculiarities of control function in the branch of watering-places' exploiting and protection are determined. The main aspects of applying the kinds of juridical responsibility for infringement of water legislation of Ukraine are elucidated. The suggestions for improving legal regulation of watering-places' exploiting and protection in Ukraine are elaborated and substantiated by investigator.
