Essay

Dissertation is dedicate to the observance of theoretical, legislative and methodical problems of administrative activity of criminal - executive inspection towards the persons released from the probation. During the research work the historical aspects of the development of administrative activity of criminal-executive inspection towards the persons released from the probation as the main subject of realization of individual-preventive work with the persons released from probation have been defined. The analysis of the scientific elaboration of the given problem has been made. The administrative - legal foundations of the organization of the activity of criminal-executive inspection while individual preventive work with the persons released from the probation have been examined.
