Fakas I. Constitutional-legal principles of organization and activity of general jurisdiction courts in Ukraine

The doctorate thesis is devoted to investigation of Constitutional - legal principles of organization and activity of general jurisdiction courts in Ukraine. Scientific, normative - legal sources as well as definitions, contents and con-stitutional - regulation principles of general jurisdiction courts organization are considered in the work. The above mentioned principles; elements of their contents as well as their characteristics and legislative regulations are given. Conclusions as to general jurisdiction courts system understanding, consti-tutional - legal principles of their organization and activity are defined. Recommendations as to legislation and general jurisdiction courts activity practice in the process of constitutional - legal principles provision are given.
