Klochkovskiy O. Development of enterprise in agriculture (on the materials of Vinnitsa area)

Object of research: a process of establishment and business developments in agriculture on an example of Vinnitsa area. The purpose of research: working out of theoretical and practical approaches to development of the organizational-economic mechanism of functioning of enterprise structures in an agrarian sector of economic activity. Methods: historical-economic; dynamics numbers; the graphic; comparisons; groupings; pair comparisons on the basis of multidimensional scale; settlement-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: Investigational socio-economic essence of enterprise in an agrarian sphere, theoretical bases, maintenance, kinds, directions and mechanisms of functioning and development of entrepreneurial activity, are exposed in Ukraine. Investigational and generalized historical aspects of reformation of agrarian production. Practice of the institution providing of reformation and adjusting of agrarian enterprise is analyzed in Ukraine. Generalized methodical aspects of estimation of the state and prospects of development of enterprise structures. Investigational the modern state and tendencies of forming and development of agrarian enterprise at the Vinnitsa area, efficiency of functioning of various forms of enterprise structures is appraised in an agrarian sphere. Practice of transformation of organizationally economic mechanism of forming and functioning of small forms of manage is analyzed. Scientific novelty: The estimation of factors which influence on efficiency of development of agrarian enterprise is conducted. The ways of improvement of mechanisms of government control of enterprise and system of pricing are offered in enterprise structures. The method of estimation of efficiency and completeness of transformation transformations is developed in the field of agrarian enterprise in a region; the prognosis of gradual development of production of agricultural goods is developed by the enterprises of the Vinnitsa area on a prospect to 2015. Introduction degree: results of research are used by Central management of agroindustrial development of Vinnitsa regional state administration, in educational process of Vinnitsa state agrarian university. Efficiency: work expands theoretical and methodological base of enterprise relations in agriculture enriches agrarian economy new theoretic-methodological receptions, estimations, sights and the decision of concrete problems of development of business.
