Object - state of blood flow properties and vessels endothelial function for children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; purpose - upgrading of diagnostics, clinical motion prognostication and treatment efficiency of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, on the basis of blood flow properties and vessels endothelial function study with clinical and pathogenetc determination value of their violations; methods -clinical, roentgenologic, ultrasonic, biochemical, imunofermentnye, physical and chemical, statistical; novelty - it is first set that for children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, there are blood flow properties violations and vessels endothelial disfunction; results: the nosotropic role of blood flow properties violations and vessels endothelial disfunction is well-proven at a juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, connection of their changes is shown from by the disease clinical and laboratory signs, the criteria of pathological process flow and of therapeutic measures prognostication; is introduced - into medical practice, in educational process; area - medicine.
