Оbject - 146 patients with a chronic pyelonephritis (CP) in combination with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods- clinical, biochemical, radioisotopical, instrumental. Found out higher prevalence of GERD symptoms in patients with CP. The efficacy of using the interstitial electrophoresis of chlorophyllipt and thiotriazoline with treatment with omeprazole.
