The aim of the thesis is the operating efficiency research of aspiration systems' air pipes of Mining Ore-dressing Combines' factories. The research is carried out under intensive dust-suppression conditions to design control system of dust-suppression process. In the work dry powder-gas mixture movement processes for air pipes with different diameters against moving dust type are researched. Dust deposition amount is searched as well. Bending deflections' relations of aspiration air pipes are determined. Having used the computer - aided design system "SCAD Office", calculation method of optimal distances between air pipes' supports is devised. The air intake's process model is modernized. The air intake is carried out through leakages in aspiration air pipes of MODC factories. On every calculated section pressure losses were determined for changes' assessment in the process of powder-gas mixture movement. The device for internal surface aspiration pipes' control is designed. The device has movable wing-shaped unit. Recommendations for system of internal surface aspiration pipes' control are proposed with minimum prime and working expenses. Taking into consideration the above recommendations it would be possible to get social and economical effect in sum 282 837 UAH.
