In dissertation the theoretical and methodical bases and practical positions which in a complex define essence of deposit risks of banks, conformity to the law of it display, basic factors of occurrence of it ones in a context of minimization of negative consequences from it display have considered. The existence of the basic deposit risks characteristics of banks has allowed improving the concept "deposit risk of bank" has advanced. Classification of factors of occurrence of deposit risks of bank has extended. Classification of deposit risks of bank has offered. The basic stages of formation and development of the deposit market of Ukraine from a position of deposit risks have concretized. Scientifically-methodical approaches to an estimation of deposit risks of banks in regional aspect on the basis of a method cluster analysis, and also to an estimation of deposit risks of bank on the basis of forecasting of the cumulative level of monetary clients' overhangs have offered. Bases for perfection of theself-insurance mechanism in banks regarding definition of size of predicted and not predicted deposit risk have researched.
