In dissertation work of grounded scientifically-methodological principles and practical recommendations are in relation to perfection of economic mechanism of sale of corn by agrarian enterprises. It is analysed and systematized the theoretical looks to the market corns and determinations of its role in the agrarian sector of economy. Economic essence of basic forms of realization of corn is specified by agrarian enterprises. Developed methodical positions in relation to the priority measures of the state after creation of competition environment at the commodity markets of agricultural product. The existent mechanism of the state adjusting of sale of corn is analysed. to define the features of economic mechanism of organization of sale of corn by agrarian enterprises. Offered new methodical approach in the management by production and sale activity in the conditions of market. Measures are developed on the increase of firmness of corn market of region by strengthening of role of the state. The systemof organization of the agricultural advising of corn of producers is improved.
