The object of research: Combination of economic relations which are folded in the process of creation and functioning of small agricultural businesses The purpose of research: elaboration and scientific ground of prospects ways of milk market functioning development of theoretical and methodological principles, scientific and methodical and practical recommendations in formation of conditions and effective functioning of small agricultural businesses. Methods: comparison, questioning, testing, economical and statistical; grouping, tabular and graphical, cross-correlation-regressive, calculative and constructional; abstractional and logical; monographical; Theoretical and practical results: Fundamental postulates of economic theory and systemftical-dialectical approach to the study of economic processes and phenomena which were folded are theoretical and methodological basis of small enterprise in agriculture, scientific developments, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine on the questions of adjusting of regulating activity in small business entities. The practical value of the achieved performes the ability to use the results for regional programs development of small enterprises in agriculture, improvement of methods of state support for this sphere of activity of agricultural producers, perspective directions of development of separate subjects of management. Research novelty: methodical approaches to estimate of development of small agricultural enterprises is conducted in the cut of types of activity use were the first, legal forms of management and agro-industrial areas, that allowed to develop strategies of their development taking into account differences; an estimation of meaningfulness of factors which brake development and determine perspective is offered, competitiveness of small enterprise in agriculture which serves as basis of working of the proper programs of their support; it is improved: scale of high-quality and quantitative criteria of classification of forms of small enterprise, which take into account the features of management by small enterprises, their connections with other subjects of management; system of estimation of development of small enterprises through application of indexes of their concentration, in particular amounts in a calculation on 10 thousands of persons of rural population, 100 km of territory and particle in the general quantity of agricultural enterprises; purchased subsequent development: scientific approaches to formation of small enterprises due to the association of proprietors of earth in cooperative stores and reorganizations of large unprofitable enterprises, to transformation of the personal peasants economies, development of small enterprise in the field of service; scientific bases of forming of strategic directions of development of small enterprise are in agriculture. Degree of of introduction: research results are accepted for introduction by Main administration of development of Volyn region, the department of agricultural development in Lutsk, district, Department of state committee of Ukraine from regulation policy and enterprise in Volyn region, and are also used in the teaching process of Volyn institute for economics and management. Efficiency: the results of research will allow to provide more effective development of small agricultural businesses and also to promote effectiveness of agricultural in general. Sphere, field of use: the main board of agro-industrial development of regional state administrations; the district administration; Department of state committee of Ukraine from regulation policy and enterprise and also educational process.
