Bilous I. Formation and Regulation of Ukraine's Corporate Bonds Market

The object is the market of corporate bonds; the main tasks of the research are the development of theoretical and practical principles of market's forming and regulation of corporate bonds of Ukraine; the methods are system, dialectical, generalization, comparison, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, expert estimations, selections, grouping prognostication, formalization; the results of the research are the basing of investment priority of bringing in of long-term loan capital at forming of corporate bonds' market and expedience of their limited issue, was exacted the essence of corporate bonds and their classification, was defined the stages, features and disproportions of corporate bonds' market, the algorithm of promissory instruments' choice and economic-organizational mechanism of enterprises financial resources' management by enterprises was improved; the degree of introduction - the results was used by SCSFM, in a corporate sector and in an educational process; the branch of the use is economy at macro-level - state regulation, at micro-level - long-term financing.
