Using a convenient synthetic procedure 23 new polycrystalline substances based on the nickel(II) and copper(II) tetraamine complexes and anions of polyoxometallates were prepared. Regular study of kinetic and thermodynamic features of heterophase interaction of the polycrystalline substances with water, methanol, ethanol, acetone and acetonitrile vapors was undertaken. It was shown that the substances synthesized effectively adsorb ammonia under low humidity conditions and the key influence of the presence of water vapors on kinetic features of ammonia absorption was established. The kinetic characteristics of the desorption reactions of absorbed alcohol molecules were determined for the first time for the metallocomplex-based sorbents and identity of the ad/desorption mechanisms was estimated. Based on kinetic data it was established that interaction mechanisms do not depend on the nature of polar molecules thus testifying the determining role of a porous structure of the crystalline materials on a course of processes.
