Essay

Telecommunication networks are the subject of the research. Researching the influence of subscriber access characteristics to the maxi-mally possible speed of information transfer (bit/s) and influence of descriptions of the traffic to the maximal intensity of load (Erl) in the multiservices networks are the goal of this research. Investigation methods are based on the telecommunication theory, the theory of queuing, the teletraffic theory and the mathe-matical statistics. The perfected procedure of simulation analysis of performances of digital subscriber lines xDSL designed which allows to calculate performances of digital subscriber lines ADSL2 +, VDSL and VDSL2 in conditions of a paral-lel operation on multipair cables. Is proved, that for a rating of parameters of a grade of service of self-similar traffic in a single-channel system with an ac-cumulative buffer it is possible to use computational methods of known allo-cations, which entropy coincides or most close to an entropy of allocation of system conditions with self-similar traffic. The influence of distribution laws of duration of a upkeep to parameters QoS in conditions of self-similar traffic is probed and the association of parameters of a grade of service on coefficient of a variation of duration of a upkeep is established.
