Kokodey T. Designing a strategic management system for a cellular mobile operator

An object is processes of strategic management the operator of cellular. A purpose is development of theoretical and methodical recommendations for planning of the system of strategic management the operator of cellular, directed on maximization of efficiency of his activity in the set terms of environment. Research methods: system analysis, deductive and inductive; comparative analysis, expert estimations and evaluation scales, imitation design, analysis of scenarios; economical-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results: the model of forming of strategies of enterprise as instrument of determination of set of strategies is first developed; the model of the system of strategic management the operator of cellular is improved; «map» meaningful environment; got further development of concept of strategy of enterprise; formalization of types of influences of environment and passing ahead actions (strategies) of enterprise. Results drawn in the activity branch of MTS-Ukraineе in Simferopol; educational process and in scientific work of the Sevastopol national technical university.
