In dissertation research grounded theoretical principles and practical recommendations in relation to development of socially-labours relations in agrarian enterprises. Grounded economic essence of socially-labours relations and their functions, including feature of recreation of human capital of agrarian sphere, providing of employment, payment of labour, labour productivity, increase of profitableness of production. It is investigational and certainly directions of the economic monitoring of socially-labour sphere, in particular: level of profits and pay-envelopes of workers of agrarian enterprises; fluidity of shots; level of employment; volumes of social payments; role of agrarian enterprises in the decision of socially-labours problems, villagers. In a robot grounded directions of the state adjusting of socially-labours relations in agrarian enterprises: development, ground and realization of of particular a branch agreement; support of effective partners relations in the system a "employer is theworker of agrarian sphere"; strengthening of public liability in the field of employment.
