Melnychuk T. Organised Forms of Criminal Activity in Foreign Economic Relations: Criminological Research

A thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine which is focused on the problems of criminological characteristic of the mechanism of the organized criminal activity in foreign economic relations. The thesis is prepared on the basis of contemporary criminal practices. It analyses forms and types of the organized criminal activity in foreign economic relations as well as reasons of development of criminalisation processes in foreign economic relations. Conclu-sions to the thesis are concerned with formulating of nature of the organised criminal activity in foreign economic relations as the independent socio-economic and legal phenomenon. The thesis proposes new methods of solving of the scientific tasks concerned with counteraction of the organised criminal activ-ity in foreign economic relations. The thesis also contains some practical rec-ommendations on the subject of improving of socio-economic, legal and organ-isational measures of counteraction both on national and international levels.
