Lobachova N. Managing Investment Resources of Industrial-Financial Associations

Object of the study is processes of forming, distributing, redistribution and use of investment resources of industrial-financial Associations. Objective of study is a ground of scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendations on a management the investment resources of industrial and financial corporations. Modelling, planning and optimization of processes of reproducing of capital assets and production potential of enterprises of metallurgical type on the basis of optimum accumulation and allocation of investment resources. Methods of research are balance and statistical methods of analytical calculations by system of national accounts of Ukraine, functional analysis and expert estimations, structural, economic, factor and economic and mathematical analysis, theory of optimization. Theoretical and practical results: improvement of the scientifically-methodical going near the structural and balance analysis of optimization of parameters of the extended reproducing with the purpose ofreinvestment of production and determination of principles, methods, methods of korporatizacii of metallurgical enterprises. Novelty is ground of methods and methods of forming and accumulation of investment resources of enterprise, determination of level of optimality of their quantitative distributing on separate parameters and cycles of production on the basis of the offered economic and mathematical model.
