Bilozerska T. Administrative and legal foundations of Ukraine and European Union collaboration in modern conditions

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological, and administrative and legal, and organizational foundations and directions of collaboration of Ukraine and European Union, and to determination of the ways of leadingout of mentioned collaboration to the new high-qualified level. The issues of modern EU expansion in the organic connection with the deepening of its integrational processes are probbed. Categorial system of European integration have been developed. The approach conserning the forming of self-weighted system of state power bodies of Ukraine (including public administration), which jurisdiction is connected with the adjusting of Ukraine and EU and joint Ukrainian-EU bodies collaboration has been offered and grounded. The modern stage and the prospects of development of the institutional mechanism of administrative legislation of Ukraine to the European administrative space has been examined. The specific of forming and development of legal base of collaborationof Ukraine and EU in modern conditions has been analysed. Administrative and legal, and organizational measures on the improvement of collaboration of Ukraine and EU in priority spheres have been offered.
