Svetleyshy R. Complex treatment of a sharp and chronic rhinitis

The thesis is devoted to the ways of increasing efficiency of patients' treatment with sharp nonspecific (SNR) and chronic catarrhal rhinitis (CCR). Assessing the results obtained in the study of subjective and objective data, indicators of the main functions of mucosal nasal cavity, data bacteriological and immunological studies of the dynamics of treatment has found that nasal drops "Rinosept" in combination with antiinflamatoric, mukolitic and antigistaminic drug there is an effective method of treating patients with SNR and CCR. Experimental studies of the drug "Rinosept", created on the basis of known main operating substance naphazoline nitrate with the change in the structure of auxiliary substances, determined that preparation "Rinosept" have expressed vasoconstrictive effect, they have antimicrobial properties, don't cause organic or functional infringements, confirmed the high bioavailability and prolonging of effect, the preparation hasn't local irritant effect.
