Nechytaylo D. The peculiarity of development, the risk factors and possible ways of corrections of deviations in pre-school age children with perinatal pathology of CNS of hypoxico-ishemical genesis

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual scientific task of to the timely exposure and correction of remote consequences of perinatal defeats of the nervous system for the children of preschool age. It is set that to put preschool age, which tested the perinatal defeats of CNS have reliable lag in psychomotor development, in them for certain more frequent there is disharmonious physical development. In addition for such children is present the syndrome of vegetative dysfunction and violation of mikrocirculation is in extremities. All higher resulted changes are nosotropic related to violation in a dopaminergic neurotransmission. With the purpose of correction of found out violations expedient is the use of preparations of sulpirid and tioctic acid. Application of sulpirid results in disappearance of syndrome of vegetative dysfunction, improvement of sleep and general selfcondition of children, disappearance of headaches, and others like that. Tioctic acid, liquidating functional violations ofmikrocirculation results in disappearance of symptom of drop in temperature of extremities and paresthesias.
