The work is devoted to ascertaining clinical and pathogenetic aspects of diagnostics, improvement of treatment and rehabilitation of chronic combined pathology of gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary system in children with separate background states, especially the most spread anomalies of constitution. The observation revealed the clinical course of chronic combined pathology of gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary system to be different in children with the most spread anomalies of constitution. All children demonstrated pain syndrome on the first place amount subjective and objective symptoms. Dyspeptic syndrome was the second in patients with exudative-catarrhal diathesis and in children with none of anomalies of constitution. Syndrome of nonspecific intoxication was the second in patients with lymphaticohypoplastic and neuro-arthritic diathesis. As well more than a half children with neuro-arthritic diathesis showed asthenoneurotic syndrome. During laboratory examination the most children with exudative-catarrhal diathesis demonstrated eosinophilia, with lymphaticohypoplastic diathesis – lymphocytoses and neutropenia, and with neuro-arthritic diathesis – urate- and phosphaturia. Reveled clinical and paraclinical disparities in observed children enabled to develop prognostic criteria the most spread anomalies of constitution and improve the complex of treatment and rehabilitation of children with chronic combined pathology of gastroduodenal and hepatobiliary systems.
