Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the actual theoretical and practical problems of positional transfer and positional promotion of employees of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine. The concepts "positional transfer", "positional promotion" and their influence on formation of peopleware of law-enforcement bodies are revealed. It is determined that legal relationship which include the concept positional transfer do not meet the requirements of generally accepted legal regulations of this concept in employment law.
