Essay

It was explored the lipid peroxidation state and the system functioning of antioxidant protection and discovered their correlation with individual components of other metabological components of other systems (apoptotic protein Вах and Bcl-2, cAMP- and Ca2+ dependent protein kinases) in parietal cells under rat chronic atrophic gastritis development. It was detected the compensatory increase of superoxide dismutase and catalase activity didn't affect on lipoperoxidation process and these led to results in accumulation of toxic TBA reactive substances, diene conjugates and sheef bases during the whole stages of the experimental pathology development. It was shown the reserved power of the glutathione antioxidant system is sufficient to provide adoptable respond in the acute period of the disease owing to increasing intracellular fond of the reduced glutathione, but it is in sufficient to prevent its decreasing in parietal cells in case of the chronic atrophic gastritis development. It was demonstrated the predominating content of the Вах proapoptotic protein over Bcl-2 antiapoptotic in simultaneous exhaustion of the glutathione antioxidant protection and increasing atrophied changes in mucous of the stomach.
