Thesis work is dedicated to investigation of molecular-biological properties of apple tree latent viruses - ACLSV, ASPV, ASGV, ApMV. As a result of detection of every virus with different pairs of primers by RT-PCR the most optimal primers for detection of the Ukrainian isolates were selected. As a result of sequencing, nucleotide sequences of capsid protein gene of the Ukrainian isolates of ACLSV, ASPV, ASGV, ApMV were determined.
