Cherkaska N. Restricted rights of land ownership.

The thesis is a research of the restriction of rights to own land. The research has revealed some characters and accurately specified a definition of restricted rights of land ownership; It has determined types of restricted rights of land ownership. The work generalizes grounds to set restricted rights of land ownership and offers full list of them. It considers authorities of individuals in terms of land tenure concerning restriction of their rights to have land lots and identifies their influence social relations under research. It has been investigated the question of guarantee of rights of landowners and land users when they, the rights, are limited. It is identified the types of these guarantees, classified methods to defend broken rights of individuals in terms of land low when these rights are limited. There are given grounds for the proposals how to improve the low relative to types, reasons and order against specifying restriction of rights to land lots, state registration of such limits, guarantees of landowners and land users rights.
