Panchenko N. Adjustment process management patterns of ownership changes in Ukraine's economy

Research object. Processes of adjusting of changes of forms of own in the economy of Ukraine. Research purpose. Ground of conceptual bases, tool and mechanism of process control of reformation of own on principles of stimulation of economic development. As a base of instrumental decisions the methodical bases of adjusting of privatization processes, concerted with priorities of economic development of territories, are grounded. Research the receptions: аbstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, history, formalization of structural-functional estimations, analogy, systems analysis, statistical, retrospective analysis, analytical grouping, ekonomiko-matematicheskie, optimizations. The practical value of got an author results of dissertation research consists in the improvement of modern practice of adjusting of changes of forms of management, the use of theoretical and methodical generalizations and conclusions of dissertation work for construction of the effective system of government control by the changes of both forms of own and forms of management in the conditions of market transformation of economy of Ukraine. A novelty consists of forming and ground of elements of conceptual approach to the management by the processes of adjusting of changes of forms of own. Conceptual approach to privatization in Ukraine is first offered, which characterizes intercommunications in the system "privatization - development of economy of region - national development" and allows high-quality newly to walk up to construction of mechanism and realization of strategic directions of adjusting of changes of forms of own. Practical developments are inculcated during 2004-2006 on the enterprises of different industries of economy, are used in practical activity of organs of regional power and management.
