Kyryzyuk S. Efficiency of agrarian sector state support in globalization

An object is the state support system of agrarian sector as the general mechanism component of economy regulation under the globalization conditions. Research purpose is development of theoretical and methodical approaches to improvement of the sys-tem and the mechanisms of the agrarian sector state support for its competitiveness increasing in a context of the world economy global developments. Methods are inductive, deductive, the analy-sis and synthesis, the economic analysis, comparison, SWOT-analysis, quantitative estimations, graphic. Results are theoretical and applied basis of the agrarian sector support system transforma-tion based on public welfare distribution to make good use of the state resources and to increase agriculture competitiveness under the conditions of globalization. Novelty is development of theo-retical and methodological positions and the ground directions of agrarian sector support system, caused by necessity of adaptation to globalization development conditions, which object is rural territories with their inhabitants to formation the dual structure of agriculture and production diversification. Degree of introduction - scientific results is used by authority, which is confirmed by the proper certificates. The field (industry) of the use is the providing of rural development through the forming of the effective support system of agrarian sector.
