Hamnik M. The formation and development of commercial courts in Ukraine (historical and legal aspects).

The organizational basis of establishment and development of commercial courts in Ukraine and the legal nature of the commercial law procedure institution is being investigated in the given thesis. Besides the main stages of the development of commercial jurisdiction bodies have been analyzed and the social-economic and legal prerequisites for the creation of commercial courts in Ukraine have been defined. The activity of commercial courts under the conditions of law and court reform going on in Ukraine has been analyzed. There has been made a comparative legal analysis of the main aspects of the organization and activity of the commercial jurisdiction bodies in European countries and countries of CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). Taking into account historical experience some concrete proposals concerning the improvement of commercial court system in Ukraine have been worked out.
