The thesis is devoted to investigation of free - bound state water of human blood cells suspension, bovine semen, E. coli and microalgae culture over biological reagents measured by permittivity parameters with the help of EHF dielectrometry method. Electromagnetic response of biological objects during simultaneous interaction of modulated electromagnetic waves which include laser terahertz and millimeter radiations on human erythrocytes suspension and blood plasma, bovine semen was also studied in this thesis. At the same time the free - bound water state of suspensions cells was estimated. It is shown, that hydration change (free water/bound water) is informative marker for control of functional processes in these organisms and watching dynamics of vital functions of these organisms. It was discovered the dependence of electromagnetic response from modulation frequency millimeter and submillimeter radiations.
