Essay

Object of research - newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. The aim of investigation - increase of treatment efficacy in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis, according to investigation results of clinical, roentgenological and immunological disease features against the bacrground of combinative treatment with isofon. The methods of research - clinical, roentgenological, functional, biological, immunological, biochemical, microbiological, statistical. Results - it's proved thet inclusion of isofon in combinative treatment of pattients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis enables increase of treatment effacacy, improves tolerance to chemotherapy, reduces time of cavities cicatrization, results in correction of systemic immunity indices. Area of application -phthisiology.
