Processes of maintenance of efficiency of activity of the enterprise in modern conditions of managing. The technology of formation and development of investment potential of the enterprise which is presented by set of methods of formation, increase and its effective functioning is developed and allows to consider components of investment process. The matrix of definition of level of investment potential of the enterprise which allows to allocate zones of low, average and high level of the investment potential generated at the enterprise is offered. The graphic model of optimisation of structureof sources of formation of investment potential of the chemical enterprises is developed.
