Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problems of creation of the statistical support for marketing research. Essence, structure and stages of marketing research are considered. The role of statistics in providing marketing research efficiency is determined. The necessity of creation of the statistical support for marketing research is grounded. Classifications and groupings which must be used for the creation of the statistical support are identified. The elements of the statistical support in the point of determination of primary and secondary data sources, organization of primary statistical observation, construction of the system of statistical indexes, using of statistical methods in analysis, simulation and forecasting in marketing research are developed. The peculiarities of construction of the structure of statistical support of special market segments are considered. Foundations and elements of the statistical support for marketing research of the dairy market are grounded and determined which permits to conduct marketing research of dairy market of Ukraine.
