The thesis is devoted to the development of the Cauchy problem for evolutional equa-tions with Gelfond - Leontyev operator of generalized differentiation, with harmonic os-cillator of infinite order and with pseudo - Bessel operator of infinite order. We obtain the conditions under which these operators are defined and continuous in the spaces of basic functions. The representation of solutions is given. The properties of fundamental solutions are investigated.
