Soboleva C. Differented recovery treatment of children with bronchial astma takinq into account the indexes of condensate of exhaled air

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of treatment of children suffering from bronchial asthma in period of recovery taking into account the exhaled air by setting the differentiated schemes of therapy. On the basis of inspection of 105 children, suffering from bronchial asthma, in age from 7 to 15 years, the clinical-functional peculiarities and composition of condensate of exhaled air have been studied. During the inspection of children with bronchial asthma it is determent that infectious sources (62,8 %) are more frequent. The clinical - functional peculiarities of bronchoobstruction are keeping longer among those children. It was found the disorder of electrolyte composition of condensate of exhaled air as an increasing of the level of ions of calcium, decreasing of chlorides, sub-fractional composition by the data of laser cross-correlation spectroscopy, a disbalance in the system of peroxide oxidization of lipid is antioxidant defense and intercommunication of intensity of disorders with character of trigger (infectious, noninfectious).
